Sales Department

This includes all aspects of our wholegoods equipment sales. Including interacting with our sales staff, management and overall equipment research, purchasing and delivery process.

Parts Department

This includes our parts department where you may have purchased Flory equipment replacement parts, Stihl equipment, hoses, generators, etc. Please consider all of our front counter staff as well as any interactions with parts management.

Service Department

This includes any interactions you have had with our service department such as work done on Flory equipment, initial startup service (generator, trimmers, blowers, etc.) or small engine repair.

Fabrication Services

This includes interactions with any aspect of our custom fabrication department including salesman, coordinator, programming, management or billing.
